What we do

Informed by policy, grounded in workforce reality with a systems-wide approach, we offer world-class Leadership, Management and Organisational Development.

Our unique position and standing allow us to be informed by, and responsive to, government policy across the justice sector.

We take a systemic approach to our work and consider the whole, and the wider context when working with you. Taking an Organisation Development approach to all our work we deliver support that makes a real difference. Our deep understanding of, and connection to, workforces mean we work mindfully and attentively with current workforce issues.

We offer excellence in Open Programmes, Consultancy, Coaching and Bespoke Development programmes and interventions.

Toby is an expert facilitator and coach. He worked with the Trust's "Leading the Way" programme and facilitated Action Learning Sets for several small groups of senior managers and clinicians between February 2015 and June 2016. I have participated in Action Learning Sets previously (on other programmes) but I found Toby's approach and facilitation to be of greater value in securing a deeper level of self-awareness and also in securing honest and open dialogues between all present in the set. I would heartily recommend Toby to anyone.
