Adela manages research projects and evaluations across both the public and private sectors. She applies her research methods and analysis expertise to obtain robust results, with a particular interest in skills and workforce development, social psychology, and mental health. This includes experience in using quantitative and qualitative methodologies, as appropriate, to yield meaningful insights, develop and test theories of change, to conduct process and outcome evaluations, data analysis, scenario planning and data visualisation, and to produce labour market intelligence reports and infographics.

Adela has held focus groups and workshops for a myriad of audiences and within numerous settings, including the virtual space, ranging from the Crown Prosecution Service to Health Education England. Recently she completed a set of focus groups with employers in Uganda to understand the skills gaps and training opportunities, aimed at developing local talent.

Adela has advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SPSS and NVivo, and has recently undertaken the Practical Facilitation Skills training at Roffey Park. She also holds an MSc in Investigative and Forensic Psychology from the University of Liverpool and is Prince2 qualified.
