Firefighter Apprenticeship Journey: A Skills for Justice Masterclass

17th February 2022: Members Knowledge Exchange Event - Leading Hybrid Teams

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the digital transformation of the traditional workspace with organisations, of all types and sizes, now adopting more remote and hybrid ways of working. This new way of working has had a significant impact on organisation culture, people development, welfare and leadership as managers adapt to support individuals and teams to remain motivated and engaged. This event will look at some of the specific leadership challenges this new way of working has created, with case studies and shared experiences across a range of public sector environments,  supported by data research and takeaway messages on how to best lead a hybrid workforce.

This event is free to members, with uncapped places for your organisation.
