Sabina Enback

Senior Researcher



Sabina Enback is the Senior Researcher at Skills for Justice. She holds a post-graduate degree in Research Methods and is PRINCE2-qualified. She specialises in evaluating projects, functions and programmes and her research interests and expertise centre on career progression, workforce development and social value assessments. During her research career she has led numerous research projects involving extensive workforce consultations resulting in improved organisational policy and practice.

Sabina is a Social Return on Investment practitioner and has extensive experience of carrying out research and evaluation which, as well as producing traditional impact assessments, also includes the construction of social impact maps and social value ratio calculations. She has a strong track record of working with external partners, funders and other stakeholders producing rich data and influential research reports.
